The Veggies started broadcasting as The Morning After on 2JJJ in the mid eighties. Malcolm Rees and Vic Davies changed the name of the show after a live show, and that's just when I discovered them.
What I captured on this series of tapes is mainly their skits and choice live moments from their shows, and also comedy bits from other shows on JJJ and Triple M, mainly Uncle Doug Mulray. I followed them to 2SM and later 2MMM,
Club Veg carried on the great tradition of novelty songs and comedy characters.
